On the first level you will find a dining room and kitchen with external paved entries offering entertainment areas set amongst the natural gum trees/garden and 3rd bedroom and bathroom with bath tub.
A level up is 2 bedrooms bedroom 1 has a queen bed and the 2nd has a double bed, and the main bathroom with a shower
Another level up is a rumpus room with pool table, kitchenette, lounging area with prime views.
Just above the kitchenette area is a small loft with a small dining area (for 4) so one can read the paper with a cuppa or just read a book...or perhaps star gaze. There is a 40 inch TV with built-in DVD player for everyone's enjoyment.
This home is set up on a cliff and fencing is not secure for young children.

This house is close to Sunshine Bay Beach and Caseys Beach in the opposite direction. Batehaven village is a little further then Caseys Beach where you will find the local IGA, butcher, bakery...no not the candle stick maker but many smaller shops like take always and newsagency.
