The little cottage is ideal for a family, cute and cosy, it is a great property to breakaway to, with three bedrooms, this home will fit the whole family very comfortably. In winter relax around the wood fireplace,and read a book, while you watch the bird-life visit in the trees surrounding the home.
LOCATION Perfectly situated in the middle of the Murramurang National Park. It is located only a short walk to beaches and bushwalks alike.
LAYOUT While the house is not huge, it has plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. It still has managed to retain the charm of its era of construction with timber floors and a combustion fire. This is how a beach house should be! A lounge room with access to the deck is at front of the house. There is also a separate kitchen area. The kitchen is not modern, but has all that you require.
BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases,bath towels and beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed - Bedroom two: 1 set of single sized bunks. Bedroom three - 2 single beds.
BATHROOMS There is a good sized bathroom with a shower and toilet. The laundry has a modern front-loading washing machine located in a locked cupboard in the kitchen area.
OUTSIDE The yard is large area all around as this is a corner block, to gain access to the driveway go up Carr Street on arrival. This cottage has a lovley deck that enjoys the morning sun. Around to the side of the house you will find another outdoor area that has a BBQ for your convenience where you can sit and enjoy a quiet drink.There is plenty of natural garden all around so you will feel very private.
PETS Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.
BOOKINGS: High - 7 night minimum Sat - Sat; Mid and Low - 2 night mimimum no sunday arrival
