Sitting in the upstairs spacious living area overlooking the ocean, you'll be glad you decided to stay in this light airy spacious home. This home is maintained immaculately. Although only a few minutes' walk to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in the undercover outdoor area.This home is not a party house. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space. This property is ideal for a couple of families with a bunk room to be utilised by the children. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the birdsong. Beaches, playgrounds are close by. If you feel like stretching the legs, you can take a walk and explore until you reach the bakery and a well-deserved coffee in a few minutes.

LAYOUT Downstairs has a bunk room and 2 bedrooms along with a laundry/bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with 2nd dishwasher and a Nespresso pod machine and cooking facilities. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a coffee machine that takes ground coffee. The property boasts a large spacious living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or two and there is a small covered deck area to sit and feel the breeze. There is a separate bathroom toilet on this level. Up on the 3rd level we have a lovely sitting area to just stop and read a book, and a separate area for the kids to play any games they wish without disturbing you.
BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. All doonas, doona covers and extra blankets are provided. Downstairs- Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2-Queen bed, Bedroom 3-1 set single bunks and a single bed, Upstairs Bedroom 4 -1 Double bed, Bedroom 5- 1 Double bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, top loading washing machine. Upstairs has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
OUTSIDE The back yard is huge! The yard is fully fenced. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining area outdoor setting and barbeque. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front although the garage is not for guest use. This home is a beautiful place to stay and relax. Parties should be taken in doors by 10.30pm.
PETS This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property. The fence may not suit a small dog
