Nestled amongst the trees on the northern edge of magnificent Batemans Bay this two bedroom cottage provides the perfect retreat to unwind, destress and recuperate from the rigors of city life. Picture yourself breathing fresh air on the north easterly aspect deck enjoying a glass of red with your partner after a leisurely walk along the cliff tops from Maloneys Beach. Beside you are a dozen oysters from Clyde River. The kookaburras are sitting in the trees enviously at you both knowing that in a little while they are likely to share some of the leftovers from your BBQ.
Although large enough and with the facilities to sleep six you won't want others intruding on your escape. Our love nest has natural bush frontage on one side and a majestic 5 minute stroll along the cliff front to the beach side. Restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops are all available in Batemans Bay township 5 km south along the highway. There is a local coffee shop/restaurant in Maloneys Beach 600 metres from the house.
KITCHEN A recently installed gourmet kitchen featuring a 900 mm stove and gas cook top, complimented by a microwave and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS This perfect beach cottage will sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Linen is not provided, this includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed - with ensuite, Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There are 2 bathrooms on the property. The ensuite in the master bedroom and the main bathroom which has a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry is located down and off the main bedroom, a front load washer and dryer for your use.
OUTSIDE There is a beautiful deck off the main living area, where you can enjoy dining and entertaining outdoors. There is a BBQ for your convenience. Two carports available to park the car.
PETS Pets are welcomed at this property, a fully fenced yard makes sure they stay safe. Pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.
