This renovated property is ideal for a couple of families. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and birdsong.
LAYOUT Downstairs has a bunk room and another bedroom along with a full laundry, and sitting room. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or 2 and a huge amount of room on the back deck. It has plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. It has been recently renovated yet still retains the charm of its era of construction with timber floors and a combustion fire, and access to the deck this is how a beach house should be.
BEDROOMS Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doona and cover and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Bedroom 1, located upstairs Queen Size bed. Bedroom 2 located downstairs Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 located downstairs 2 sets of single bunks. Bedroom 4 located downstairs tri-bunk.
BATHROOM / LAUNDRY There is a good sized renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the laundry located downstairs is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower and the laundry contains a top loading washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE The back yard is huge, with plenty of room to run around. The yard is not fully fenced. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. Theres plenty of parking in the front driveway. The little shed will provide, kayaks, Snorkelling gear, boogie boards and assorted beach equipment to use down at the local beach, please take care of these items. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower to use to rinse off before entering the house.
