With an extensive resume, Nicole is focussing 100% on offering the highest quality service in holiday rentals management and bookings. Working each day to ensure that Batemans Bay Accommodation is working efficiently. Nicole has lived in the Batemans Bay area since 1993 she has had a diverse and rewarding career working locally and a previous owner of her own successful business, having won numerous business awards along the way. Teaching locally at TAFE and keeping her own training up to date.
In 2007 she joined the Raine & Horne team at Batemans Bay. Nicole specialised in the Trust Account management and implementing new process and procedures where required, specifically in the management of landlords accounts and statements and acquiring new business. Now Nicole has opened her boutique holiday management business, she has a deserved reputation for ensuring that exceptional standards are adhered to in all aspects of the management of owners properties and guests satisfaction. Nicole is involved within the local community, a proud member of Batemans Bay Rotary club, you will often see her cooking sausage sizzles or working the donut van for weekly fundraising events.
Holiday Property Manager
Leslie is almost a local, having lived in the area for 33 years. She has worked in the hospitality industry and has been involved with the local oyster industry, mainly in an administration role for about 24 years. She is an accredited BAS agent and has run her own small bookkeeping business. Leslie has an eye for detail and knows the importance of providing excellent customer service. Leslie has been involved in the local community, mainly through sport, by coaching local and representative teams in the Eurobodalla and being involved in local sporting committees. She knows the local area well, having worked for many years with a local property valuer. She will be a great asset to the business as she is well versed in many areas.
Holiday Property Manager
A huge asset to the Batemans Bay Accommodation Team, Crystal brings excellent customer service experience having spent time in the real estate industry in Queensland and is a eurobodalla local. Many years experience in the tourism management industry. Her passion, energy and enthusiasm clearly shows through in her dealings with all her clients, which is essential in this business. Crystal offers a huge commitment to her clients and ensures she is always acting in her landlord’s best interest. Crystal offers an eagerness to embrace new technology that will assure our business continues to be a dominant force in the holiday rental market.
