The Location is second to non, with stairs leading down to the sandy beach meters from your doorstep, Batehaven shops a short stroll away, 5 minute drive into Batemans Bay town centre and only a short distance to surrounding towns and beaches such as Mogo, Moruya, Broulee Beach and Malua Bay.
Not only is the house in a prime holiday location but the house itself has so much to offer, from the massive outdoor deck with BBQ and ocean views as far as the eye, to the spacious living areas providing spectacular 180 degree views from almost every room in the house.
