The patrolled beach is located straight across the road.The house is lovely, upstairs with open planned kitchen, dining and living room, very comfortable cosy lounge, and a TV for entertainment. It's just a short walk to the safe, lifeguard operated beach (in Summer). Great surf, so don't forget the boogie board. Easy access to relaxing cliff walks and a fun park for the children a five minute walk to the newsagent and local IGA.
Layout: The home has stairs which bring you upstairs to the entrance. This house is a two-story home, upstairs you have the master bedroom and main bathroom/ laundry, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. A beautiful large paved area out the back is an ideal spot for a family BBQ. The kitchen has everything you need, with dishwasher, and microwave. Downstairs you have two bedrooms, and a powder room. There is a recently completed bedroom with ensuite added to the house. Enter via the outside. It has a queen bed. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE GARAGE ON THE FLOORPLAN.
Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doonas, doona covers, blankets and bath towels. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

Outside: There is a large paved area with access from upstairs. Suitable for the family BBQ or dining. Side access to the well maintain backyard. Easy walk to the shops nearby with an IGA and local shops. Driveway parking is available and a small parking bay directly in front of the home that will also suit those with a small boat.
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property. WIFI provided.
