Sitting on the top back deck overlooking the huge yard with a beautiful pool there is hours of fun and exploration for the kids. Directly opposite the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbecue and settle in around the pool for the afternoon. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space with a very large deck upstairs and undercover area downstairs. Out the front there's a smaller deck coming off the living room that is flooded with morning light and has good water views of the Bay. This property is ideal for a couple of families with two living areas and plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves. The whole area is flat, so perfect to bring the kids bikes for riding around. Just at the back of the suburb it backs onto Murramarang National park so lots of walking and mountain bike tracks close by.
Layout: Downstairs has a single bed and another bedroom along with a laundry, and kids area. Upstairs houses another 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and the living/dining area, a huge lounge room. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or two, and a huge amount of room on the back deck.

Master Bedroom: Upstairs, with a Queen size bed.
Bedroom Two: Upstairs, 1 set of Single bunks.
Bedroom Three: Upstairs a Queen bed.
Bedroom Four: Downstairs, with a Queen Bed and Bedroom five - Single bed.
bathrooms/Laundry: Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, front loading washing machine and dryer. Upstairs has a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. It is off peak hot water so be aware of water usage.
Outside: The back yard is huge! There is a pool, and plenty of room to run around. Both the yard and the pool are fully fenced. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbecue. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and a double lock up garage.
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not welcome at this property.
